1Go Casino: not withdrawing funds since 15.03.2024, account under review for 2370 USD

Hello! A couple days ago I made a deposit of 150 USD in Doge coins. Got lucky and hit about 2 thousand dollars. At first I just wanted to check whether the project pays out any money and requested only 90 bucks for withdrawal, planning to play with the rest. The withdrawal was automatically canceled in about a minute supposedly to “confirm the crypto wallet”, I’ve been on different projects but I’ve never seen that wording before – why would they need to check a crypto wallet, what does that even give?? Then they said I needed to attach documents, which I did right away. Their system afterwards showed verification as “fully completed at 100% and all functions open, including withdrawals”, so I decided that even if I manage to cash out from this account, I definitely wouldn’t play on this 1GO with “the fastest payouts” anymore and put the whole balance up for withdrawal. Almost immediately the payout was canceled again.. Now they needed a video call for some reason, despite having already stated that verification was “fully completed”. I’m currently on vacation and had to go to a hotel so the WiFi would be stable enough for the call, I did the call and the operator said everything is now 100% fine and they had checked my information, asking me to show them my documents. Tried to withdraw again. It’s been almost 24 hours now, the payment still shows as processing, the manager in chat says the verification timeframes are not regulated and usually take up to 72 hours, but that’s not certain… In total I spent almost the whole day on verifications, several different ones, they literally lied to me that payouts are now OK and they won’t let me withdraw money, not even bothering to come up with additional pretexts, just “timeframes are not regulated”. Not a single foot on this shameful 1GO anymore and other Royals projects, they are 100% scammers and they also waste people’s time, giving hope that verification will help, they refuse to provide the chat correspondence. Don’t repeat my mistake, you’ll lose money, and their praised RTP is just numbers and pictures – you won’t be able to withdraw it. It’s a pity I fell for the nice-looking site interface and watched other streamers play – either they don’t know they’re promoting scammers, or they do it on purpose, I don’t know. Considering there is also Stake, where they withdrew 10k bucks for me within a minute, I thought it important to write this review, because if even one person after this decides not to play there after my feedback, I’ll have done a good thing to reduce the scammers’ motivation at 1GO to cheat people!
