Hello, my name is Anton.
I’ve been playing at 1xslots for many years, never had problems with deposits or withdrawals.
But on March 7, 2024 I made a deposit from my card for 3000₽, and it still hasn’t been credited. I wrote to support, provided the receipts, wrote every day. All I get is the same template reply: wait, we can’t do anything. Wait for an answer by email.
I believe and understand that problems can happen, but not for this many days. Usually everything is resolved within 3 days max.

I understand everything perfectly , I’ve been in this industry for many years. But you’d agree that a deposit that takes 2 weeks is not normal….
The deposit still hasn’t been credited to my gaming account, 26.03.2024.
