BC Game Casino: banned from placing bets and blocked withdrawal of 286 USD

I saw this bookie on the “Krasava” channel. Decided to register. I made a $250 deposit. I placed 3 bets of $50 on basketball. 2 hit, and 1 didn’t. The balance became $286. And here’s the funniest part. They banned me from placing bets, it says maximum bet 0. Withdrawal closed. I write in chat, what’s going on? They answered: Withdrawal closed because you have to wager the deposit amount. You wagered $150, $100 left. I reply, fine I’ll gladly wager, except my max bet is 0. They answered: then play in the casino, spin slots, we forbid you to place bets. What kind of nonsense is this? Why should I play some scams if I came to place bets based on an ad from a sports channel?

I’m not obliged to roll the money through the casino. Open sports events for me, I’ll roll them without any problem
The casino replied:
user need to wager on site 1x their deposit money then only it can unlock the funds. If user is unable to bet on sports then it simply means that provider don’t like the patterns of user we are really unable to do much about this
In other words, you need to roll over a 1x wager on your deposit in any of the casino site’s available sections – this does not violate the site’s rules

This blocked amount is because every deposit on our platform must be wagered 1 time to be unlocked. Once you wager that amount, it will be automatically unlocked. If you have issues with restrictions in sports, then unfortunately there is no way to unlock them, as this is done by the sports betting provider. You can simply place bets on other games.

idiocy. i came to place bets because of an ad from a sports channel. you forbade me from placing bets. so now i’m forced to play slots and scams to get my money back???
