BC.Game Casino: my bet was settled as a refund while others' were counted as wins

Hello, I ran into some unfairness while playing at the bookmaker bc game. On 12.03.2024 I placed this bet 2 set game 7 – winner Garcia, Caroline (Ticket ID:2379155487938711706), this bet won, but they voided it for me and counted it as a refund. I would have let it go, I said, mistaken odds and glitches happen, but my friend also placed the same bet at that bookmaker, even at the exact same odds 1.6, and his was settled as a win and he calmly collected the winnings. And so my question is, why did they void mine, what kind of discrimination is this or how am I supposed to explain it – I don’t know. I would like a clear answer, not what support replies, I quote
“3.1 The Sportsbook platform reserves the right to cancel any bet placed on clearly ‘bad’ odds, substituted odds or a bet placed after the start of the event.
3.3 The Sportsbook platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel or restrict any bet.
3.4 The Sportsbook platform reserves the right to make settlements after the conclusion of the contest or receipt of official results”
