Hello! On 07.03.2024 I made a deposit at casino BetFree. I withdrew $230 from the deposit and requested a payout. I submitted the request to a crypto wallet. Up to today, this casino still has not processed the withdrawal. They keep rejecting the request. When I ask why they won’t release the funds and why they reject the request, tech support replies with the same script, claiming problems with the payment system. When I ask what problems with the blockchain, I get no answer. I ask you, as a gambling platform, to help with this situation.
