Hello everyone . I took a win in the first half they won 1:0 . but they gave a refund for unclear reasons . seemed like everything was always fine with them everything was always settled then bam and that’s it . I wanted to withdraw 10 thousand, they gave a refund, and pushed the balance into minus. please help solve the problem.
