In the no-deposit offers they posted a code for 50 free spins, which I successfully cleared. According to their terms the max withdrawal is 1500 rubles; after wagering the bonus it automatically got reduced to that amount. I didn’t cash out and kept playing, built it up to 4000 and requested a withdrawal, but they only agree to pay 1500, they wipe the rest citing the bonus terms, so that’s an interpretation in their favor and basically fraud. This story is not new

Earlier I blocked the account and indicated when blocking that it was forever with no possibility of unblocking. Nevertheless, they recently unblocked it without any problem. This and other cases are pure fraud. You interpret the win scam in your favor, which makes no sense. I consider the complaint unresolved – this is a rip-off.

About today’s problem: during the wagering of the bonus the amount was over 1500 and after meeting the requirements it had ALREADY been deducted and 1500 remained in the account. Following the logic of your actions, if I had withdrawn the 1500 and immediately redeposited it, would you have stiffed me on the payout again? You deducted the winnings twice, which is outright fraud. And all your tricks and dodges only make you look even worse.
