DRAGON MONEY ISN’T PAYING OUT
the problem is this, I played on the project “DragonMoney”, requested a withdrawal, it says the money was sent, but it wasn’t credited to the card, the card details are correct! then I write to support on the DragonMoney site, explain this situation, they say that from the casino side the money was sent. the problem is with the payment system. then I decided to write myself to the payment system support. the payment system support replies to me: we can’t help with anything. write to support on the DragonMoney site. I write again to DragonMoney support. for 3 days they answer me the same thing that the payment system has not yet replied to them. although the payment system personally replied to me! please help me, I’m begging, the withdrawal amount is 65 thousand rubles. the screenshot shows the first withdrawal marked ‘completed’ my id on DragonMoney 4393932
