Hype Casino: either a software glitch or game interference

Hello. My name is Roman, I have been playing at online casinos for over 10 years and I understand how the games work (RTP, wins and losses, and slot rules).
I registered on March 25-26 at Hype Casino.
I made deposits totaling about 1.2 million rubles.
Playing various slots, buying bonuses and catching them myself – in total over 4 days of play I bought or hit 800+ bonus rounds (free spins).
And not once across all those bonuses did I win 1000+ x the bet. Bets varied from 32 to 1200 RUB.
The slots, namely Pragmatic Play, always ran the bonus the same way – there is simply no payout.
Never before and nowhere have I encountered a situation where after 800+ bonuses a slot did not give X1000+.
As soon as you start ramping up the balance the slots lag a bit and start eating it.
I had a record of buying 24 bonuses in a row and not once did any of them pay off, which suggests only one thing
1) RTP is understated from the stated 96%
2) the casino interferes with the game
3) the random of random matches is broken or not licensed
4) as soon as the slot starts to lag a bit this means in my case that bonuses will no longer pay off. SCRIPT!

I asked them how many times out of hundreds of bonuses I hit x1000+ they didn’t answer me.. knowing that I didn’t hit.. and where’s the truth here??

Of course the casino won’t admit it’s wrong… I have a question: have you ever run into a situation where after several hundred bonuses you didn’t hit 1000x+ of the bet? I ran into that and only at this casino.. which points to only one thing.. something’s wrong with the slots IMPOSSIBLE to go hundreds of bonuses without catching x1000….

As someone who plays at casinos, I can tell you there are a number of projects (top projects) where, just like you, I’ve never seen a 1000x, or even a 500x. And there are projects where I’m actually up and have seen big wins.
All that can be said in this situation is that the game runs on the provider’s official servers and the casino cannot interfere with them.
