good day, I made a deposit on 10.04.2024 at 19:07, 40000r, the money still hasn’t arrived in my balance, support is talking some nonsense that they forwarded the request to the payment system, the transfer was via sbp so it should be instant, of course I provided all the receipts, please help resolve this issue because the money is needed urgently TODAY, and not like support writes that there are simply no timeframes, I will provide all proofs, screenshots and receipts on request
