Good evening! Since 22.03.2024 I haven’t been able to receive my winnings at JoyCasino in the amount of 6,400 rubles! I keep getting a message that the payout was declined for technical reasons. I corresponded with support on 22.03.2024 and today, 29.03.2024, but there is no result.
