JVSpin Partners: product manager not responding and won't let me withdraw $204

Hello, here’s the situation: I have an account in the affiliate program, I did it a little, then I went to serve in the military and stopped working on it! I came back, logged into the account and there is $204 available for withdrawal, but when I registered I didn’t specify a payment method! For withdrawal! And my manager no longer works there! I wrote to the contacts in the affiliate program on Telegram, explained the problem that I need to add a payment method! They asked for my ID, I gave it, they said they’d check it in the morning and that was it – after that they ignore messages and don’t reply! Neither on Telegram nor by email – they never answered by email at all! The amount isn’t big! But still! What should I do?
