I’ve been registered at this casino for about 5 years. Lots of deposits and withdrawals. I passed verification, and I even passed it again.
Today I played through a no-deposit bonus and requested a withdrawal.
I received a message saying I needed to go through verification again. They now do verification through a third-party service – Sumsub
I immediately wrote to support that I’m banned on Sumsub. (A long time ago I tried to verify on a crypto exchange through Sumsub, couldn’t pass it for some unclear reasons, they don’t provide an answer to that question. Now I can’t pass verification anywhere that uses this damn Sumsub. I know many people have faced this problem with that service, and it can’t be solved)
So what happened – I almost immediately got banned by the casino, account closed, they didn’t even give me the chance to pass verification again (this would have been the third time) just by documents.
Why did they ban me at all? I didn’t break anything at the casino. How can a third-party service influence such a decision? They could at least provide an alternative for players, especially since I’ve been playing with them for a long time. What, am I to blame that this f**king Sumsub banned me and won’t let me pass verification, whatever they don’t like there – I have all my documents, I’m ready to provide even a selfie, anything, like in most normal casinos.
Please look into this situation: how can a casino close an account because I didn’t pass verification on a third-party service rather than at the casino itself.

Good afternoon, I wrote to the verifier Sumsub. They replied to me, here is a quote:
At the same time Sumsub, as a provider of identity verification services, does not make decisions and does not inform Clients what decisions they should make regarding their customers. Each client makes their own decision to accept or reject a customer based on their own comprehensive customer checks, risk assessment and other possible investigations, since they have full access to their customers’ data and can evaluate it.
That’s what I’m talking about – the casino already has all my data, I’ve already been through verification, I never had any problems with them. And I was just taken and banned in 2 minutes, like in some scam casino without licenses.
If necessary, I can go through verification directly at the casino again, without third-party services.
And by the way I even did video verification with them a few years ago. So this is just laughable, verifying yourself like 10 times over because of a $30 withdrawal
Casino moved to the watchlist with a subsequent transfer to the blacklist
