Loft Casino: delaying a payout of 18,000 RUB since 08.04.2024

Good afternoon. Loft Casino has been delaying a withdrawal of 18,000 RUB since 08.04.2024. Verification is completed, withdrawal status “in progress”. Support says there are problems with the payment provider, that it’s not possible to withdraw in RUB right now, and recommends a crypto wallet (but I don’t have one and I am not going to create one). Feels like they’re scamming – for the second day they can’t say when the withdrawal will happen, and accordingly they don’t process it.
