they’re not withdrawing my funds to my card saying there are some currency problems with rubles, although the operator told me that in 3-4 hours everything would be resolved and I could withdraw to the card. As a result, 4 hours passed, but I still couldn’t withdraw the funds, the operator said to withdraw to cryptocurrency, even though they have payment to cards available. Can this issue be resolved through your site?
