Onion Casino: scammed my bonus balance and didn't transfer 102,000 RUB of wagered funds
Complaint from GamblerRoyz1 to Onion Casino dated 4/19/24
I deposited 17.000 RUB to the Onion Casino site on 21.03.24 and they credited me an additional 34.000 RUB of bonus balance.
After completing the wager that was set on that bonus balance, my funds (102.000 RUB) were NOT transferred to the casino real account, the funds were still on the bonus balance. After that I started contacting support and explaining the situation and they replied “From the security service you have been denied the use of bonuses, and participation in promotions on our site”. Support couldn’t explain the reason and then they just started ignoring me. They left me frozen like that until 06.04.24, after that the balance simply disappeared. I’ll attach screenshots below that confirm what I’m saying. At the moment the balance of my account is 0 RUB.
