Good afternoon, please explain the system. I registered at Pin-Up. I received a welcome bonus of 5000 with a wager of 50. During wagering the bonus balance showed 106000. After meeting the wagering requirements, the balance was already 50000. Question, where did the other 50000 go?

Hello! Vyacheslav was absolutely right. The maximum amount that can be transferred from the bonus balance to the main balance is x10 of the original amount; anything above that is forfeited. This information is stated in clause 6.15 of the User Agreement.
