Pin Up Casino: issued a bonus of 70 FS at 20 rubles each instead of 5000 rubles

Hello, while checking my mail in the evening I saw a 3-day-old message with the subject “Congratulations!”, which I usually never see, so I got very interested. Opening the mail, I find out that I took a prize place in the “PIN-UP Blackjack battle” tournament and the prize should be in my balance. But there’s nothing in my balance and I don’t see anything in the bonus section either, so I go to chat with support, and after 3 support agents I received interesting answers:
From 2 support agents I was told they don’t see me on the winners list, saying that this is a notification about the end of the tournament, but I’ll repeat the start of this complaint “which I usually never see” – I’ve been playing actively for over a month, since February 25th I haven’t seen any withdrawals at all, but that’s not the point.
The third support agent told me they forwarded my question to another department and I’d have to wait, recommending I write again tomorrow. Tomorrow came, I wrote, after 16 minutes of waiting and 2 times “Sorry, I need a bit more time”, I get the answer that I’m being given… 70 free spins at a bet of 20 rubles (I dare assume with a wagering requirement), which of course surprised me, because there weren’t even close to 70 FS prizes there – the prizes were (1st place – 150k, 2nd place – 50k, 3rd place – 30k, 4-10th place – 10k, 11-50th place – 5k) I thought I should have at least gotten 5000, but in the end I got this.
Support replied to that saying “Unfortunately, this bonus is not available, so we credited you free spins”, which to me is a bit absurd. Please look into this situation, thanks
