Complaint from ludimvplus to Pin Up Casino dated 4/17/24
10.04.24 I made a deposit of 500 rubles. After the timer expired, the money didn’t appear in my balance; in the personal account the transaction is marked as canceled. The money wasn’t returned to my card. Nobody is dealing with the problem.
Please find my deposit and pay a moral compensation of 10k rubles. The chat is either useless or just the standard brush-offs. If this deposit method doesn’t work correctly for you, please disable it entirely.
