Pin Up Casino: unable to credit a 5,000 RUB deposit since 09.04.2024
Complaint from Pavel72 to Pin Up Casino dated 4/22/24
Hello, on 9.04 I decided to deposit into the pin up casino in the amount of 500 rub, but I mistyped a digit during the transfer and sent 5000 (I attach a screenshot of the receipt)
I wrote to support immediately and for several days after. On 12.04 support replied that my request was accepted for review and assigned a number (screenshot), and with that number I could find out about further progress. On 12.04 support did not answer on the site, in TG, or by phone, no money was credited to the deposit and it was not returned to the card. Please help resolve my problem
