I’ve been registered at this casino for more than 5 years. In the past year I’ve lost more than €8,000. Before this they always credited a birthday bonus to my main balance, every birthday of mine. This time they shoved 4 free spins in my face that paid out 0 rubles in winnings. It’s just ridiculous. Not only did I lose more in the last year than in the previous 5, but support wrote THIS IS YOUR ENTIRE BONUS.
I expect understanding from the casino and the right decision. I expect at least something like €100 to my main account. Because I lost the most in the last year. And just giving 4 free spins for 0 rubles – that’s absurd and laughable.
If they don’t credit a proper annual birthday bonus to my account like they always have, I’ll delete my account and move completely to another casino.
