Hello! I played on Pokerdom for more than 2 years. Recently (April 5) my account was blocked when withdrawing a win of 2000 rubles. I received an email from them saying that I supposedly had multiple accounts! But I always had only 1 account! Please help me sort this out with them! Thanks

Complaint sent to the casino

During a review of your gaming activity, our specialists identified a violation of the Project Rules, namely the following points:
4.1.11. “You may have only one account and one gaming balance on the Website. If you attempt to open more than one account on the Website, We reserve the right to block or close any of Your gaming balances and accounts or all of Your gaming balances and accounts. We reserve the right to leave one gaming balance and account open, at our discretion. You have the right to withdraw all gaming funds from a blocked account on the Website”.
4.2.2.2. “In the event that We close Your account due to collusion, deception, fraud, money laundering, other criminal activity or breach of the Rules and Terms that has caused damage to us or any other Third Party, the balance of Your account is not subject to return and will be considered forfeited”.
