PokerDom Casino: unable to withdraw $322 since 24.02.2024

Hello, on 23.02.2024 I registered on the Pokerdom project, and twice deposited a total of 5000₽. After fully wagering the bonus and fully verifying my account on 24.02.2024 at about 11:00 AM Moscow time I requested a withdrawal of 100000, then another 100000 and 50000₽. The site states that payouts to a Russian bank card are processed within 24 hours. After that I waited more than 36 hours but the payout never happened, operators replied that the request was being processed, each time with something new. After that I canceled the previous withdrawals and requested 30000 hoping something would change, but more than 96 hours have passed and the request status remains unchanged “awaiting confirmation”. To my questions about payout timing the online consultants cannot give a clear, reasonable answer, they respond with vague terms. (I will attach screenshots below) Please help facilitate the payout of my honest winnings.
