Good evening! I only recently sent a complaint about Stardew, the exact same situation is happening with Sol!
I made a deposit of 2000 RUB for spins in the game Cash and Fruits, 45 spins at 10 RUB each. The game won’t load again! Support drained my nerves again, over 1.5 hours! They solved nothing.
I demand compensation from the casino for moral damages in the form of free spins or bonus funds. Which can be played and withdrawn after the wager is cleared. I’m talking about spins for moral damages, not the ones you already owe me!
