Ruboplay isn’t crediting a payment in turbo, on 15.04.2024 I topped up 1000 rubles but the money still hasn’t been credited, they tell you to write to Ruboplay payments I wrote right away but there’s no answer for more than a day, I topped up via SPB called they don’t pick up the phone, I ask for help in this situation and to return my funds and moral damages for the lack of response 1000 rubles
