Up-X Casino: I experienced a glitch in Crash
Complaint from NaSty60 to Up-X Casino dated 4/11/24
Hello, I had a problem in the game “Crash” on the “UP-X” site.
Yesterday in the evening the betting feed in the “Crash” game stopped updating for me, the number of players and the total bet amount stopped showing. The feed only loaded when I placed a bet. I switched to different domains, cleared cache, and so on, nothing changed by today.
I also contacted manager Mari in the evening asking for help in this situation, she sent a request and replied that I need to wait. I don’t know how long that will take, but from the site’s Telegram chat it turns out another person ran into the same problem.
Please help, because lately the site has problems with its software and there are withdrawal delays.
(P.S. I can’t attach the photo proofs again, but they do exist anyway).
