Up-X Casino: one withdrawal of 5,000 RUB pending since 12.04.2024

Good day. I ran into a problem withdrawing funds from the site up x. I requested a withdrawal of 5000 rubles to an Ozon Bank card and the money got stuck with the status “processing by the payment system.” I waited the 72-hour period but the funds never arrived.
I made another withdrawal to a different card and the funds arrived within two hours. As of today the first request is still pending and no one is telling me when it will be resolved. Please help with a solution. I attach screenshots of the chats with support.
