Up-X Casino: Unable to process my $64 payout since April 12, 2024

Hello, I have a problem with a withdrawal at the UP-X casino.
On April 12 at 15:51 I requested a withdrawal of 6000 rubles to a Sberbank card.
The site and the managers keep saying that withdrawals arrive from 3 minutes to 3 days.
The withdrawal wasn’t pending for long, after about 30 minutes it was already processing and unfortunately it still hasn’t arrived. Other withdrawals after it had no problems, they all arrived fine.
I contacted manager Mari throughout all 3 days. Today, according to her, after my message she forwarded the information to a specific department.
I’m posting here hoping the problem will be resolved faster.

Dear Vyacheslav, will the casino really not respond at all?
“Up-X”, are you going to respond to the complaint?
I also want to add that previously there were no problems withdrawing to Sber cards – at least they used to arrive within 2-3 hours.
I understand that it’s hard to withdraw to Sber right now since they stopped withdrawing to Tinkoff. I ask the casino to respond to the complaint as soon as possible and transfer the money to the card, or cancel it so I can withdraw to a new one.

We can see that you managed to successfully make withdrawals for the specified amount. Delays, as well as rejections, can occur on the payment system’s side. In such cases we always recommend trying the withdrawal again or using an alternative payment system.
