I made a deposit of 20k rubles , made several bets in blackjack , had 27k rubles on the balance , went to the bonuses tab in my personal account and saw that there was an unwagered bonus from the previous deposit of 10k rubles which was 500₽ , I decided to cancel it , after which the account balance was reset to zero. Tech support is silent .

We carefully reviewed this situation and see that you made a deposit and played it in live games. Then you cancelled your active bonus (and confirmed the cancellation). According to the rules, when a bonus is cancelled, the funds on that account are voided. Nevertheless, we decided to accommodate you and compensate the deposit amount (20 000) as an exception. It has already been credited to your balance.
