VodkaBet Casino: make up rules for daily tournaments and provide no descriptions
Complaint from MercavaIV to Vodka Bet Casino dated 3/13/24
I decided to take part in the daily tournament from Vodka on the number of consecutive wins. There are no rules in the tournament description or on the site. So I decided to play Plinko where every bet yields a win – it is not in the exceptions for this tournament. As a result I made 1076 spins in the slot. And the spins were not counted in the tournament. Then support started making up things, first that these were free spins, even though the game was for real money. Then they started saying that the game is not counted, even though it is not in the exceptions. And then they started writing that a win of 0.9 of the bet is not a win. Even though all slots show like 0.5 win of the bet. Moreover, the tournament description says nothing about this. I demand compensation in the amount of the first place prize, for time and moral damages.
